Kati was very nice and professional. I felt very comfortable talking to her and answering questions. I felt very listened to, valued and understood. I had a unique concern and she asked me if she could consult with a colleague regarding my symptoms. Wow, I very much appreciated this, I felt especially respected and valued that she would make this additional effort to insure my care.

Please note my previous comment that Kati consulted a colleague. Martin Depas and Kati returned and I felt listened to and valued. Such a good experience overall! I had some eyelid symptoms and was able to get seen the same day and I really felt listened to and valued by everyone. Great job, great people!
