Felicia Solis-Cummings joins CMG as an experienced community clinician. She spent time working as a medical surgical nurse, certified oncology nurse and an emergency department nurse. She has also worked in the laboratory and has been a board-certified Microbiologist since 2007 and a Medical Laboratory Scientist since 2013. She prides herself on building trusting relationships with her patients and is committed to practicing compassionate care that empowers patients to take an active role in their healthcare. Felicia is passionate about providing evidence-based practice that serves the needs of each individual. She has a varied background with her experience and education combined that allows her to provide the highest level of care and improve the overall well-being of the patients she serves. Felicia is board certified by The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In addition, she is a member of several nursing societies including: the Southern Arizona Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Society, Arizona Nurses Association, Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, and the American Nurses Association. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and dogs, cooking, reading, and making jewelry.

Felicia Solis Cummings was such a wonderful surprise to meet and know she is now my primary care physician! She welcomes you in the most pleasant way, makes you feel at ease and makes it very easy to talk with her about your concerns. She gets the job done, covers all the bases and keeps it more lighthearted than most medical people I have had. My previous experiences with Doctors and other medical people has mostly been so bad I have not felt that they had any interest in my health at all and I've gotten to the point I was mostly staying away from doctors. She is actually the best introduction to a new medical professional I've ever had And the first one I have felt comfortable with having as my new primary care professional. I feel she really listens to you and takes her job seriously to help people with their health issues. I would like to add I want to thank Felicia Solis Cummings for the person I feel she truly is! She goes over things and explains things when I don't understand and she explains anyway so I do and takes the time to listen to what I have to say of any concerns or health issues and she doesn't try to stick her face into the computer and just say huh huh, she really listens to what I have to say. She really cares and she really takes and put in the time for my care of my health. It's nice to have a doctor that really truly cares about what I have to say to do with my health and my concerns with my help and to give recommendations of what we can do and go over different options and take the time to explain about those options or what if I need to take certain medications and how they may help or what they are about. So I don't leave the office not knowing and not understanding what's going on it's nice not having to go that way, not feeling unsure. It's nice to be reassured and knowing that I don't have to feel unsure what's happening to have reassurance and information and the confidence of what's really going on is a lot more reassuring.

They got me back quickly, the doctor was very patient and gave me the time that I needed she didn't just try to rush me in and out she took time to listen and hear what I had to say and work with me. Which was really nice! I love how my doctor is so courteous thoughtful and patient with me to take the time to really listen to what I have to say and really check me over instead of just rushing through things and hurrying rushing me out, she really takes the time to check me and hear what I have to say and go over things and explain stuff that I don't understand in a way that I can understand what she's talking about going over.
