Melissa Leonard, PA-C

Melissa Leonard is a cardiology physician assistant. She graduated from the University of Arizona in 2002 and earned her masters degree from Drexel Hahnemann University in Philadelphia in 2008. She became NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants) certified in 2008.

Before joining Biltmore Cardiology in May 2009, Melissa worked as a family practice physician assistant. Prior to that she worked as a medical technologist for St. Josephs Hospital from 2002 though 2005.

Melissa assists the physicians in the clinic and at the hospital. Her duties include making rounds on patients in the hospital, on- call coverage, and treating patients in the outpatient setting.
