Our Management Team

The Management Team consists of:

• Kay Arthur, Executive Director
• Donna Urrea, Business Operations Director
• Kelley Hall, Facility and HR Director

Kay Arthur is the Executive Director. She is a Certified Professional Executive through the College of Medical Professional Executives, a certifying program through MGMA.

Kay has been in executive level positions for more than 20 years in Phoenix, primarily in cardiology group practices. She has been involved in national consulting teams, and she earned her Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.

Donna Urrea is the Business Operations Director, and has been an employee of Biltmore Cardiology since 1998. She is an integral part of the management team, leading the business office in billing, front office, and medical records.

Kelley Hall has been with Biltmore Cardiology since 1999. As the Facility and Human Resources Director, Kelley is a vital part of the administrative team who oversees staffing, all improvements and up-keep of the facilities, and the daily operations of the Casa Grande and Payson satellite offices.
